Trail Blazers Establish Kevin Duckworth Memorial Scholarship

In partnership with The Oregon Community Foundation, the Portland Trail Blazers have established the Kevin Duckworth Memorial Scholarship Fund, Trail Blazers President Larry Miller announced today.
